An approximate 5 to 7-minute walk from the cruise ship pier is required to reach your departure location. Full details will be provided in your electronic ticket upon confirmation.

Special Instructions

We recommend wearing your swimsuit under comfortable beachwear clothing and shoes that can get wet. A hat, sunglasses, reef-safe sunscreen, and UV-filtering shirts are also suggested.

Restrictions

This tour is not wheelchair accessible. Strollers, walkers, and guests with walking difficulties are not allowed. The minimum age to drink alcohol in Mexico is 18 years of age. The minimum age to participate in this tour is 6 years old. The minimum age to participate in the snorkel activity is 8 years old. The maximum weight for snorkeling is 260 pounds/120 kg. This is a physically STRENUOUS shore excursion. Pregnant women and guests with asthma, heart conditions, diabetes, seizures, respiratory conditions, blood pressure conditions, or back/neck injuries, or guests medicated with antidepressants, lithium, beta-blockers or base (vein) constrictors are discouraged from taking part in this tour. All participants must be self-sufficient, proficient swimmers and must be in sound health. Participants must be able to descend and ascend the boat ladder(s) before and after the snorkeling activity at sea and to drift snorkel over two reefs for up to 50 minutes. The use of a life vest during the snorkeling activity is mandatory. There are no exceptions. Participants must follow all the instructions given by the vessel's captain and/or his crew. Participants must comply with the Cozumel Reefs National Marine Park rules of use. Underaged participants must be accompanied, directly supervised, and cared for by a responsible companion, parent(s) or legal guardian all the time.
